Alana Hovey:

I am a Full-Time Financial Analyst at Liberty Mutual Insurance and a Part-Time online student at Johns Hopkins University, pursing my masters in Finance.

Along with my interest in finance, I have always had a passion for teaching. Whether it was teaching clarinet lessons in high school, or a credited first-year introductory course during my undergrad, I have always gravitated toward opportunities that put me in a classroom. Now, I find that outlet on the weekends teaching dancers ages 2-7 introductory ballet and tap. I hope to bring this passion of teaching with me throughout my career.

For fun, I am an avid yogi at Down Under Yoga in Brookline, MA. You can also find me in the NH White Mountains on the warmer weekends, or discovering a new restaurant in Boston.
